You can reasonably expect from us

your privacy to be respected
equipment and services should be essentially as they are as described on this web site but minor changes may occur as a result of mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions etc
a clean comfortable environment when you arrive
services: electricity, heating, water are included in the price
spare bedding for laundry
we will try to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently

Please contact us if you have suggestions of how we might improve the studio for future visitors

We can reasonably expect from you:

not to smoke inside the studio
only two people to live in the studio at any one time, though we expect you to have visitors
you will take reasonable care of the studio, appliances and furnishings
you will not cause noise or other nuisance to us or our neighbours
to park your car with consideration for other cars needing to park
to leave the studio clean and tidy and in the state you found it

You are strongly advised to check that you have appropriate insurance that covers your:

whilst you are using the studio.
