Cleaning

We all have different standards of cleanliness and tidiness which can become a contentious issue at the end of a rental. We will do our best to ensure that the studio is clean and tidy before your arrival and we would like you to ensure the same at the end of your stay. Cleaning and laundry are your responsibility during your stay, please ask if you want help with your cleaning or laundry as this may be possible at moderate additional cost.

The hirer responsible for the studio and its contents during the period of rental and is expected to take reasonable care of it. All equipment and utensils must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. You are expected to leave the studio in the same state of cleanliness, general repair and the order in which it was found. An additional charge may be made if extra cleaning is required.

Damage and Breakages

An inventory of the studio contents is provided at your arrival. Please note any breakages or damage that occurs during your stay. Please also bring anything you consider damaged or in unsatisfactory condition at the start of your stay so that we have the opportunity to put matters right.
